This site has no forms, no accounts and no tracking cookies. Here is what we hold and why.
What we collect
When you call, text or email, we keep your name, your contact details and the content of the conversation so we can respond and, if you engage us, deliver the work. Financial and business documents you share are held confidentially and under NDA on request.
How it is used
To respond to you and to deliver engagements. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Where an engagement involves your lawyer, CPA, lender or a regulated immigration consultant, we share only what the workstream needs, with your consent.
Retention and removal
Engagement records are kept for the period required by Canadian law and professional practice. Email ali@sedighi.ca to ask what we hold about you or to have it removed where the law allows.
Website
Pages are served from Cloudflare. Standard server logs record IP address, user agent and the pages requested for security and performance. No analytics cookies are set.
